Bulk pork sausage
1 pound
Ground beef

Large onion or several smaller ones (chopped)
28 ounces
Tomatoes (diced)
6 ounces
Tomato paste
2 tablespoons
Cider vinegar
1 tablespoon
Chili powder
1 teaspoon
Garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon
Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
10 cups
Cabbage (shredded)
Bread for serving
Step by Step Instructions
- Cook the sausage, onion, and ground beef in a large pan until the meat has browned.
- Stir in all the remaining ingredients, and bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve with the bread of your choice.
